"the Great customer service across the board. I called for quote and spoke to Chris. He gave me the best experience when it came to talking about auto insurance. I am new to getting insurance but he explained everything i needed to know with out trying to up sell me. Even when talking about other companies he knew they can be competitive and give you the best price based on your needs. "I Spoke to a Mr. Terrance, he asked if I had 30 secs to talk and I told him I was busy but he said he would be able to text me information for a new quote and was very cool but professional at the same time. Let me know there's was a lot of cutbacks on car insurance and he said if I was interested Statefarm could probably work with my current premium."
