"Our insurance agent retired and our policies were transferred to Alexander Brown’s office. My wife and I wanted to review our policies so we contacted his office. We left a voicemail and waited for a response. The agent who called seemed to be driving and had a heavy accent so I asked her to return the call when she was back in the office. This was 1/5 and we are still waiting. For an office that only posted 5 star reviews, they dropped the ball with us."
"Hello Eugene. We are so sorry you had this experience. We attempted to reach out a couple of times to make things right. We understand your frustration. We wanted to let you know that it appears you may have been calling the wrong office as we don't have anyone on our phones that has an accent and no one that has the ability to work from a car when answering our phones. We checked the phone logs, and your number never dialed our office during that time.
As you brought up, we take our customer service extremely serious which is why we are able to keep so many 5-star reviews. We wish we could have helped more. If you need anything in the future, please let me know.
