"I have been with state farm for few years now. And I have never had any issues with claims or customer service. Teresa was awesome with getting my motorcycle insurance reinstated on 2/28/25. I have never had a bad experience. And will be with them forever. Thank you Alexander Brown"

"I didn’t work with Mr. Brown… I actually worked with Ron who was absolutely amazing! He was very flexible with my crazy work schedule and was patient when I asked a bunch of questions. He got me a price that was waaaay lower than what I was paying for car insurance! And we all love saving money, so I’d happily recommend him as anyone’s agent no matter what kind of insurance you need!"

"Stay as far away as you can from this agent. His staff is incompetent as I don't even think he exists. I tried to meet with Alexander Brown approximately 15 times. Was told by his staff all 15 times either he was out of the country or he was not available. I requested to make an appointment to meet with him in person. I was told this was not possible. This seems to me that this agent is incompetent and disrespectful and puts himself above and current statefarm customers as I have been for 32yrs."

"Hello John, We are so sorry about the experience you have had at the agency. My team is 100% dedicated to making sure every customer has a satisfactory experience. We are 21 members strong and the staff is here to help when I am not in the office. I personally am out of the office frequently for training and trips and just back from being out for about 3 weeks. I promise I am real person. I meet with customers on a daily basis and will look more into why you had an issue getting an appointment with me. As long as I am here I always meet with my customers. Most times I’m personally booked out several weeks so if it was an urgent manner people will meet with my office manager. I again apologize for your experience. "
